Frivolous Fridays October 25th

Happy Friday everyone!

Last weekend I said I was happy there were less spiders running up my arms when we tore down the Friends of the Library book sale.  One ex-english teacher said, “Fewer” and another next to her said “Thank you!” and then they walked off laughing, sharing a bonding moment of English-teacher correctitude.

So, what do we learn from this boys and girls?  Grammar is a LOT more important than any little phobias you may have.  Suck it up, speak correctly and maybe someone will care.

Also, please take note of this serious public service announcement.  Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!!

About ocdreader

I love to read! I always have a book or four going, I have more books in my to-be-read pile than I can read in a year and yet I continue to haunt the bookstores. I have a problem, but I somehow soldier on. I enjoy talking books, so pass on your recommendations and thoughts - I would love to hear them.

I would be so irritated if someone corrected be like that! I know grammar is important but I find it rude, but maybe that is just me!

Don't be shy!
